• Job Description:

  Key Deliverable:

  • Maintaining and upgrading ManageBac system as required.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with Mobile App / ManageBac and OpenApply.
  • Risk mitigation planning.
  • Collaborating with Program Manager, Head of Education Technology and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
  • Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation.
  • Running training sessions and workshops on system processes.
  • Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with Senior Manager - IT and Assistant IT Program Manager for review and approval.
  • Ensuring OIS Mobile App smooth functioning and providing complete support to Parents and other users for any issues.
  • Conduct various tests and studies on how to integrate OA / MB with Mobile App and come out with a solid plan to implement it.
  • Work towards implementing new features in App with Asst.IT Program Manager.
  • Creating and releasing user manuals and help manuals of applications to end users.
  • Mapping and documenting interfaces between legacy and new systems.
  • Understanding software development lifecycle.
  • Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration.
  • Planning and working flexibly to deadlines.
  • Supporting users on change control and system updates.
  • Ensuring that all the modules available in any hosted or on premises applications are exclusively used like MB, OA, App etc.
  • Working towards enhancing the current and developing new Google Forms for IT and other departments on their approved request.
  • Provide complete support for ManageBac, OpenApply and OIS Mobile App to parents and staffs for OGC and whenever required for JVLR.
  • Troubleshooting of Apple devices.
  • Pushing apps and basic troubleshooting (ASM - MDM) & Zulu desk.
  • Handle LMS queries of staff.
  • Troubleshooting on Printer and network.
