Roles & Responsibilities:
- Counselling parents & students through
admission procedures and working in liaison with academic departments.
Establishing seamless and efficient execution of the end-to-end admissions
process.
- Managing applications, interactions, admission
offers, fee payments, welcome kits, parent induction etc. in a meticulous
and timely manner.
- Handling queries from current and prospective
students, parents and teachers through e-mailers, telephone calls,
meetings etc.
- Updating parents & students regarding new
developments and events such as whole school events, newsletters, field
trips, curriculum letters etc.
- Assessing and maintaining the accuracy and
integrity of admissions data.
- Conducting school tours for prospective students
and parents.
