Back in 2003, Nitin and Manju needed a simple and affordable recruitment software to manage hiring for one of their companies. When they could not find the right software, they decided to build one. Talentpool turned the lack of the required solution into an opportunity! Over three years, the product was developed, tested and improved – and a bunch of interesting features were added with time. Talentpool finally entered the market in 2006.
In the early years, the team realized that most of such automation was primarily pushed down by the management to end users. Recruiters were not convinced about adding an additional task to their already overflowing task list, especially if the interface was not easy for the end users to readily adopt it. So for Talentpool, simplicity and usability always came first. Built for the end user, Talentpool aims to make the recruiter more productive than ever.
We want to be the preferred recruitment software for reputed companies seeking high caliber talent. Our target is to create 1 million efficient recruiters using Talentpool.
Nitin is the co-founder of Talentpool. He brings in over 26 years of experience in successfully running and growing companies, and provides organizational leadership at Talentpool.
Nitin also heads the business at Talentica Software. Before that, he was instrumental in setting up and expanding Indian operations of eGain Communications Corporation, a leading CRM software company. From 1989 to 1997, Nitin was a partner in Asian Power, a marketing firm in Mumbai.
Nitin holds a Master’s degree from Marquette University and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Manjusha is responsible for Talentpool’s technology vision and development of new products. She helms product management, engineering and services.
Manjusha is also the CTO of Talentica Software, one of the leading OPD companies in India. Prior to founding Talentica, she was Director-in-charge of Indian Engineering Team of California-based eGain Communications. She led the development effort for EX-NGN, one of India’s leading accounting software during her stint at TCS.
Manjusha holds a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai.
Ashish oversees the definition and execution of the company’s strategy, provides organizational leadership and directs the company’s day-to-day operations.
He brings over 15 years of experience to Talentpool. Before this, he was responsible for developing sales strategy and go-to-market strategies for products and services at Microsoft. He has also worked with HCL and IBM, where his high-level understanding of technology sales processes helps understand customer pains and provide solutions.
Ashish holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Mumbai University and a B.E. in Computers from NIT, Surat.
Sachin leads the product development team at Talentpool.He also oversees the deployment and services teams.
An expert in Java/J2EE technologies, Sachin brings over 9 years of product development experience. He has worked in the engineering systems department of E-Bay, where he was responsible for Site Reliability Engineering. In the past, he has worked with Verizon in network systems department where he was responsible for pre-provisioning of high capacity telecom orders.
Sachin holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT, Calicut.
Sameer is responsible for customer relationship management, training and product support.
With experience of over 7 years in companies like Glodyne Technoserve across multiple critical projects, he has a commendable experience in ERP implementation in education and HR domains.
Sameer holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mumbai University.
Pratik is responsible for innovation, enhancement and continuous improvement of Talentpool.
With an experience of over 7 years with companies like Tata Consultancy Services, KPMG and Infosys across multiple job profiles, Pratik brings expertise in Product Management, Consulting, Pre-sales, Business Analysis and Software Development. Prior to Talentpool, Pratik was working with TCS as Product Manager for their Social Media Monitoring and Voice of Customer Analytics products. He has also worked with KPMG and Infosys.
Pratik holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from IIM, Kozhikode.
Poushali is responsible for market leadership, awareness, demand generation, strategic events and media relations for Talentpool.
Prior to Talentpool, she was with Syntel, where she oversaw Services Marketing and Global Strategy for the leading revenue earning verticals. Poushali brings over 8 years of experience in services and product marketing, brand, research and communications for businesses as well as consumers.
Poushali holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from IIM, Calcutta.
